Rapper Logic, a Grammy nominee, is attempting to persuade the Calabasas housing market. He’s asking $5 mιllιon for his Tuscan-style getaway, which is nearly $1.5 mιllιon more than he paid two years ago.
The price hike acknowledges the rapper, whose real name is Robert Hall, who put some effort into the building. During his brief stay, he installed a state-of-the-art recording studio with LED ceilings and bespoke built-ins, painted the formerly dreary living areas a more serene shade of white, and renovated the previously gray interiors.
The property, which is more than an acre, is hidden behind gates in Mureau Estates. In front, lawns line a lengthy road. In the backyard, a resort-style pool and spa, a courtyard with a pergola, and an ivy-covered patio are all there. There are two barbecues, a special Italian pizza oven, a fireplace, and numerous dining places for entertaining.
An indoor/outdoor family area is topped with two chandeliers inside, and the chef’s kitchen has beamed ceilings. The double-height dining room, a large, rotunda-style room with gallery walls and a fireplace, is another highlight.
The 7,700 square foot floor plan is completed with five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a breakfast nook, bonus room, movie theater, gym, and two-story living area.
2009 saw the debut of 30-year-old Logic’s “Logic: The Mixtape,” a fitting title for his debut album. Before Def Jam Recordings released his first studio album, “Under Pressure,” in 2014, he released three more. His sixth and final studio album, “No Pressure,” was published this year, and he then announced his retirement from music to devote himself to being a father.
