The couple is selling their beautiful property in the One Madison building in the Flatiron District for a little less than what they paid for it in 2013.

The building is on the 48th floor and is decorated to a very high standard.

The walls are made of floor-to-ceiling windows that give a beautiful view of the Empire State Building and the skyline of Manhattan. There is also a library and a kitchen for a chef.

There is a gym, a clubhouse, a concierge, and a swimming pool for residents to use. The building is also well-made so that its famous residents can stay private.

In 2016, the couple paid somewhere around $20 M for a five-bedroom condo at Robert A.m. Stern’s Tribeca condo, 70 Vestry. In April 2017, they reportedly decided to move up to a more expensive unit in the same building.

The two have been married since 2009 in Santa Monica, California. They have two children together, Vivian, who is five, and Benjamin, who is eight.
