Liam Payne bids farewell to his residence in the Santa Monica Mountains, as he successfully sells his Calabasas, California mansion for $10.2M.
The former One Direction member acquired this home in 2015 and initially listed it for $14 million back in 2018, according to the Los Angeles Times. After reducing the asking price to $10.75M in 2020, the “Bedroom Floor” singer has finally secured a buyer.
Nestled amidst the hills above Malibu, the property boasts stunning features such as waterfalls, koi ponds, and beautifully manicured gardens, complemented by a pool, gym, home theater, wine cellar, and a grand double-height library adorned with intricate detailing.
Built in 1991, the house encompasses an impressive 9,700 square feet of living space, comprising five bedrooms and six bathrooms. In addition, there is a recording studio, guesthouse, and a meditation house thoughtfully situated on the grounds.
Photographs of the estate showcase the elegance of the archways and Spanish tile that grace the home, while the ample outdoor area invites relaxation with its cozy fireplace and fully equipped kitchen.
