Liam Payne bids farewell to his residence in the Santa Monica Mountains, as he successfully sells his Calabasas, California mansion for $10.2M.

The former One Direction member acquired this home in 2015 and initially listed it for $14 million back in 2018, according to the Los Angeles Times. After reducing the asking price to $10.75M in 2020, the “Bedroom Floor” singer has finally secured a buyer.

Nestled amidst the hills above Malibu, the property boasts stunning features such as waterfalls, koi ponds, and beautifully manicured gardens, complemented by a pool, gym, home theater, wine cellar, and a grand double-height library adorned with intricate detailing.
