Brad Pitt bought this super cool $5.5M mansion after making a big profit from his old house

Brad Pitt, an Oscar-winning actor, recently engaged in two similar deals. He secretly sold his two-acre compound in the Los Feliz section of Los Angeles for $33 mιllιon, according to Mansion Global.

And he reportedly just paid $5.5 mιllιon for a stylish 1960s midcentury modern home.

Pitt’s real estate interests are extensive and diverse; he has bought and sold homes in Goleta, Malibu, and Beverly Hills, among other Southern California communities. According to the Wall Street Journal, he paid $40 mιllιon for an old beachfront estate in Carmel last year. Furthermore, he owns a winery in France for $60 mιllιon, no less.

Regarding his most recent acquisition, the three-bedroom, three-bathroom, glass and steel home is modest by the standards of famous people (the interior is a little over 2,000 square feet), but it emanates a certain sexual coolness—much like Pitt himself. Check this out!

Pitt’s purchase of this clean, modern apartment, brimming with windows and leafy-green views, is another example of his architectural sense.

It is known as the “Steel House” and was built by renowned architect Neil Johnson in the affluent Los Feliz area of Los Angeles.

Mark Haddawy, who is renowned for his skill in bringing architectural treasures back to life, gave the house a facelift. The result of his labor is a light, airy showpiece with glass walls in every room and a powder-blue color scheme in the kitchen and main bathroom.

From the terrazzo floors and sliding doors to the stone shower and tub in the main bathroom, the room is filled with eye-catching features.

The patio, pool, sauna, and cold-plunge tub look to have been made from an old barrel and are surrounded by a lush backyard garden.
