Gisele Bündchen snaps up home facing Tom Brady’s house, will they see each other?

The Brazilian supermodel recently paid $11.5 mιllιon for a modern home in the exclusive Indian Creek Country Club neighborhood known as “Billionaire Bunker,” which is just a short boat ride across the waterway from Tom Brady’s unfinished $27 mιllιon Miami Beach megamansion. This news was first reported by Page Six. Records show that Bündchen does not own the land outright.

The house has been on and off the market ever since it last sold in April for $11.7 mιllιon, once for as much as $15.9 mιllιon. A large discount was finally offered to Bündchen in early October, just days before her divorce from the seven-time Sᴜper Bowl champion and current quarterback of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, after four further price reductions.

Bündchen’s new residence, which sits on a secluded cul-de-sac land measuring approximately half an acre, was constructed in 1981 and created by Miami architect Barry Sugarman.

The stone-accented home, described in the listing as “architecturally unique,” has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms spread across roughly 4,000 square feet on two levels. It also has a dock and 92 feet of water frontage. The canal and Indian Creek Island can be seen from spacious windows and terraces.

Highlights include a dining space with a fireplace, a spacious kitchen with wood paneling and two islands that is equipped with modern stainless steel equipment and sliding glass doors that open to a patio.

Other features include a master suite on the main floor with two bathrooms, a movie theater, a gym, a playroom, and an office with glass walls. The property’s outdoor spaces include a freeform pool and a number of areas ideal for relaxing and socializing. A two-car garage and a large motorcourt are also included.

Three children—a son Benjamin, 12, a daughter Vivian, 9, and a third son Jack, 15, from Brady’s former relationship with Bridget Moynahan—are shared by Brady, 45, and Bündchen, 42. They were married in 2009 and have been blessed with three children.

The couple’s property portfolio includes mansions in the Bahamas and Montana as well as a New York City apartment where Bündchen had been residing during their breakup, with a combined value in the hundreds of mιllιons of dollars. She also owns a vacation property in Costa Rica.
