Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola are living happy life inside a $10M mansion

One unеxpеctеd statement made by Nicola is that the pair regrets selling their first house together, a $11 mιllιon Beverly Hills residence, and they consider the decision “silly”.

The remorse about the property came to light when Nicola was asked if she and Brooklyn would want to raise children in Los Angeles in the future. We’ve talked about it so much, the model retorted. And given how much of our business is done in this area, I believe we would want to have a residence here. Was the on-site juice bar the deciding factor?

Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz celebrated the one-year anniversary of their engagement with a beautiful residence in the foothills above Beverly Hills, albeit the exact location is still unknown.

The couple spent an extravagant $1 mιllιon over the $9.5 mιllιon asking price for the impressive “starter” home, which included a rooftop meditation garden and labyrinth as well as an array of amenities like a “white crystal quartz” massage room and a juice bar. E! broke the news of the expensive deal first.

Brooklyn Beckham, 22, has established a career as a model and photographer. She is best known as the oldest child of former English footballer David Beckham and Spice Girls singer-turned-fashion icon Victoria Beckham. Brooklyn has appeared in Vogue China and shot a campaign for Burberry BRIT, among other publications.

The so-called OM House, built and conceived in tandem by Jason and Sonya Powell of the James Group, is tucked away on a sleepy side street in Beverly Hills’ Coldwater Canyon district. The organization’s overarching objective is “to promote the ultimate wellness lifestyle experience with the highest level of design.”

To that end, the remarkable building offers 7,700 square feet of stylish living area that is awash in exotic wood and stone. There is more positive energy, it seems, because the property has a reflecting pool by the glass front door that was inspired by feng shui and is intended to “attract and enhance positive energy, wealth, and abundance.”

Walls of glass open to create seamless indoor-outdoor environments. Once within, a piece of smokey quartz crystal is supposed to further purify and dispel negative energy.
