DJ David Guetta owns luxury apartment in Miami with private elevator and modern studio

Guetta’s contract signing with this unit a year ago garnered media attention, but the specifics were mostly kept under wraps. Although the lavish home’s estimated еxorbitant cost is unknown, The Post can give juicy information about its gorgeous exterior and roomy design.

Guetta lives in a custom-built home designed by Italian architect and designer Piero Lissoni on two stories on the 53rd and 54th floors of Paraiso Bay in the city’s burgeoning Edgewater area.

The main level has a great room and open kitchen, as well as a sculptural staircase, a double-volume foyer, and 430 square feet of outdoor patio. The main level is 2,472 square feet inside. The property’s highlight is its expansive 2,130-square-foot roof terrace on the second story, which also has a 500-square-foot den and a private pool, summer kitchen, and sunbathing area.

The Related Group’s 5-acre Paraiso complex on Biscayne Bay’s waterfront features four skyscrapers, including Paraiso Bay, which was created by Arquitectonica, Karim Rashid, Swiss landscape architect Enzo Enea, and United Design Partnership. (Lissoni also created the public areas and lobbies for two other structures on the property.)

Other famous people will perform at Paraiso with Guetta: Tennis champion Arantxa Sánchez Vicario and NBA player Manu Ginobili are some of the other prospective neighbors. Recent purchases by A-Rod include a 3,200 square foot penthouse in the Gran Paraiso Tower, where comparable residences are said to go for $4 mιllιon or more.
