Patrick Mahomes, the standout quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs, may be hoping to advance in society after visiting the White House last week. The 27-year-old superstar, who led the team to a second Super Bowl victory this year, is currently offering his ranch house in Kansas City, Missouri, for $2.9 mιllιon.
According to property records, Mahomes bought the house in 2019 for $1.925 mιllιon, two years into his time with the Chiefs. The gated home is located in a “sought-after subdivision” on more than an acre of ground and “features a putting green, heated pool and hоt tub with tons of privacy,” according to the listing with Cami Jones and Paige Buechele of ReeceNichols, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate.
According to listing images, the 4,759-square-foot home was built in 1953 and has hardwood floors throughout, French doors, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Its primary living area combines a living room and a family room, both of which have fireplaces. The floor layout is semi-open. The neighboring chef’s kitchen has two ovens, an island, and a wall of windows.
The description also mentioned that the formal dining room and “completely updated sunroom” were located on the main level. The house contains three bedrooms, the master suite of which includes a spacious dressing room that was allegedly recently “revamped,” as well as a bathroom with a soaking tub and a separate shower.
According to the ad, the entertainment level downstairs has a bar, a lounge, and a bathroom. The house is surrounded by well-kept grounds and old trees, and it has a patio, a motor court, and a five-car garage.
The Chiefs selected Mahomes in the 2017 NFL Draft, and he has helped them to two Super Bowl titles. Mahomes is the son of former MLB pitcher Pat Mahomes.
According to Sports Illustrated, the Texas native also owns shares in the National Womеn’s Soccer League team Kansas City Current, the mеn’s Major League Soccer franchise Sporting Kansas City, and the MLB team Kansas City Royals.
