Beyoncé and Jay-Z take their twins to the ‘world’s most expensive’ house

Beyoncé and Jay-Z took their twins home to La Villa Contenta, a 6.3 acre Malibu villa they reportedly pay $400,000/month to rent, barely over a week after having them at the UCLA Medical Center. The house is also for sale for a cool $54.5M.

The compound, which is located behind gates on a private estate with unhindered views of the Pacific Ocean, consists of a main mansion, opulent guesthouse, separate office building, and exquisite indoor pool ballroom. From the 2,500-year-old lion’s head sculpture that guards the entrance to the Hermès marble fireplace in the library to the hand-carved French limestone ceiling in the 24-person dining room, the house is oozing with luxury.

The main home also has a gym, wine cellar, screening room, billiards room, and elevator. Along with the pool pavilion, which is fully furnished in baroque style with onyx-lined changing facilities and an opulent indoor pool, the grounds have a saltwater infinity pool and an outdoor restaurant.

The listing is shared by Chris Cortazzo and his coworkers Maya Hazena and Aaron Kirman from Chris Cortazzo Malibu Real Estate. reported The Observer.
