Logic to quickly close the villa to welcome new members

Grammy nominee and rapper Logic is currently making an effort to sway the Calabasas real estate market in his favor. He is seeking $5M for his vacation home decorated in the Tuscan style, which is over $1.5M more than he bought for the property two years ago.

The price increase is a form of gratitude to the rapper, whose real nаme is Robert Hall, for contributing to the construction of the skyscraper. During the short time he was there, he refurbished the formerly gloomy living areas by painting them a more tranquil shade of white and installing a state-of-the-art recording studio with LED ceilings and bespoke built-ins. In addition, he added a gray interior throughout the house.

Hidden behind gates in Mureau Estates, the property spans over an acre and has a total area of more than that. In the front, there is a long driveway that is bordered by lawns. The backyard features a pool and spa designed in the style of a resort, as well as a courtyard with a pergola and a terrace that is covered with ivy. There are two grills, a pizza oven designed specifically for Italian pizza, a fireplace, and a number of eating areas for hosting gatherings.

Beamed ceilings can be found in the chef’s kitchen, which also features a family room that opens up to the outdoors and features two chandeliers within. Another one of the highlights is the double-height dining room, which is a big room in the shape of a rotunda and features gallery walls and a fireplace.

The floor design for the 7,700 square foot home features a total of five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a breakfast nook, a bonus room, a movie theater, a gym, and a living area that spans two stories.

Logic, who is now 30 years old, released his first album in 2009 under the title “Logic: The Mixtape,” which was an apt moniker for the project. Following the release of his debut studio album, “Under Pressure,” via Def Jam Recordings in 2014, he issued three more albums independently. This is the year that his sixth and final studio album, titled “No Pressure,” was released. After its release, he made the announcement that he would be retiring from music to focus on being a father.
