The Miami mansion worth $15M is not currently owned by LeBron James

Apologies to potential Florida homebuyers, but LeBron James’ Miami mansion is no longer available on the real estate market.

In October, LeBron James listed his expansive and opulent Miami residence for sale. According to Zillow, an online platform for home and real estate listings, the property boasts regal amenities, including a movie theater, secure parking for yachts, a wine cellar, and a private sun deck.

The Los Angeles Times reports that LeBron James has now entered into a contract to sell the residence for $15 million. Notably, James acquired the house in 2010 for $9 million shortly after joining the Miami Heat.

LeBron James played for the Miami Heat from the 2010 to 2014 seasons, contributing to the team’s victory in two championships during his tenure. Currently, he is a member of the Cleveland Cavaliers, where he also played from 2003 to 2010. Browse the gallery above for a glimpse into the luxurious basketball residence of King James.
