Inside Will Smith’s $15.7M mansion: Things never revealed

After going on a few star-studded home tours, all of the star-studded abodes start to melt together into a marbled, all-neutral, infinity pool-bearing haze. This is not to imply that Hollywood residents have a taste in real estate that is rather similar to one another.

The new property that Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith have purchased in Hidden Hills for $15.7M perfectly exemplifies the look and feel of contemporary Hollywood.

The mansion, which was constructed only a year ago and has a total area of more than 10,000 square feet, is discretely located at the end of a cul-de-sac and offers breathtaking vistas of the San Fernando Valley.

In the listings, the interior is referred to as having a “Napa Modern” style, which is a code nаme for open-living spaces, ample natural light, and a lot of wood.

But, putting cynicism to the side, any piece of real estate in Sydney is aspirational, and boy, is this a piece of real estate.

The master bedroom on the second floor features a fireplace, couple’s dressing rooms, and a coffee bar, while the other five bedrooms in the house each have their own private bathroom. (The sinks are a particular emphasis of the design here; in addition, we want a counter made of black marble.)

A velvet in-home theater is one of the other features, along with double-height ceilings and entryways, a games area, and a gym. You probably predicted correctly that there is a pool with an infinity edge outside, as well as a full-sized tennis court, stone loggias, and a BBQ.
