Power couple Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck finally found their dream home in Beverly Hills for $60M

After a long search, power couple Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have finally found their dream home in Beverly Hills. Priced at $60,850,000, the palatial mansion spans 2 hectares and boasts over 4,000 square meters of living space.

With 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, and 15 fireplaces, luxury is at the forefront of this residence. The property also features an indoor sports complex complete with a basketball court, handball court, gym, boxing ring, and bar. Additionally, there’s a guest attic, two-bedroom guardhouse, and a 12-car garage with parking for up to 80 vehicles. The backyard showcases a magnificent V-shaped swimming pool.

Originally listed at $135 million in 2018, the price gradually decreased over time. Recently, the mansion was listed for $75 million, but the star couple negotiated a further reduction to nearly $61 million. Impressively, they closed the deal within just one week of agreement. On May 31, Jennifer and Ben officially moved into their new villa, and paparazzi captured images of furniture being transported across the courtyard.

Prior to this purchase, Jennifer sold her private mansion in Bel Air for $42 million, while Ben sold his Pacific Palisades mansion for $30 million. During their search for the perfect home, the couple rented a luxurious villa owned by casino billionaire James Packer. Now, they can revel in the grandeur and opulence of their new Beverly Hills abode.
