Given that the house was marketed for $135M in 2018, the price may seem surprising. How did they get such a magnificent property for half the asking price?

Affleck and Lopez have recently made major real estate own. Lopez listed her Bel Air mansion for $42.5Mearlier this year, while Affleck sold his Pacific Palisades bachelor pad for $28.5 M in 2022. Despite lowering the price to slightly under $40M, her property has no bidder.

Myra Nourmand, a luxury real estate agent, believes the couple made a wise $60M own. “They got great value at this price,” she says. Celebrities like Ben and J. Lo prefer the property’s privacy and security, making photographers impossible to enter.
