Lil’ Kim’s New Jersey estate is on the market with a starting price of $100M

Lil’ Kim’s mansion in Alpine, New Jersey, has been put up for auction with a starting bid of just $100. The sprawling home, which was assessed at over $3 million, fell into foreclosure in 2010. Lil’ Kim purchased the property in 2002 for $2.3 million. The mansion, built in 1989, offers 6,000 square feet of living space on over 2 acres of land.

HSBC Bank initiated foreclosure proceedings in 2010, and after years of litigation and mediation, a judge ruled that Lil’ Kim was in default in 2019. As a result, the Bergen County Prosecutors office is auctioning off the property on May 11, 2023.

The mansion, where Lil’ Kim lived with her daughter, Royal Reign, features luxurious amenities and is located in the affluent suburb of Alpine, just 15 miles from Manhattan. Despite the unfortunate situation, Lil’ Kim remains a celebrated rap legend with millions of fans worldwide.

For potential buyers, this auction offers an opportunity to acquire a mansion in a prestigious area at a significantly discounted price, with just a $100 starting bid.
