See Oprah’s $25,000,000 ocean view mansion

In Avalon, NJ, a contemporary seaside mansion that is now under construction is listed for $25 mιllιon. It sits on three-quarters of an acre in the “high dunes” and has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms.

It’s presently the most expensive beach house offering in the state, according to listing broker Jack Vizzard of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach. “The town has evolved from a regular beach town into a Malibu West, East Coast Naples—or the Hamptons,” he added. This home will belong to a public figure or executive who values privacy.

The wide third-floor terrace of the 7,240-square-foot home at 5499 Dune Drive offers breathtaking vistas. Built by Seaside Development with interior design by Kiersten Marie, it was created by architect Mark Asher.

“There were those who worked hard to get here when I was a child. Now there is amιllιonaire’s club, and I have four billionaires in my contact list,” Vizzard continued.

On Seven Mile Island in Cape May County, you may find both Avalon and Stone Harbor.

Recently, a pair of Avalon parcels went for $21 mιllιon. It ranked No. 82 on Property Shark’s list of the most expensive ZIP codes in the US and was the third most costly in New Jersey to pᴜrchase a property.

During the summer, Oprah Winfrey, a well-known television personality, travels there with her longtime companion Stedman Graham, a native of Cape May County.

“People adore this place. The cost is half that of the Hamptons, and the locals are friendlier. The intensity of New York City is not present here. It’s a softer version that has been kept up wonderfully, and the people lack that edge.
