The house has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. It is in a nice neighborhood and sits on a lot that is more than 5600 m2. The mansion has been fixed up and now has a basketball court, a movie theater, and a wine cellar, among other things.

The architecture firm Iqosa designed the venue, which has a round entrance, limestone floors, and oak beam ceilings. The huge great room has sliding glass doors that lead to the back yard.

The kitchen has dark cabinets, stone countertops, a breakfast nook, appliances made of stainless steel, two ovens, and two sinks. A bar, a dining room, an office, and a living room with a fireplace are also there.
