Future shows off his high-end aesthetic when spending $16.3M to own the most luxurious villa on Allison Island

Atlanta-born rapper and songwriter Nayvadius DeMun Wilburn, popularly known as Future, is making waves both in the music instry and real estate market. Recently hailed as the “Best Rapper Alive” by GQ, Future has been making strategic moves to expand his empire. In a lucrative deal, he transferred the rights to over 600 titles in his publishing catalog to investment firm Influence Media Partners, solidifying his financial standing.

Not stopping there, Future is set to collaborate with Rihanna on the upcoming “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” soundtrack, further solidifying his influence and creative reach. But his success extends beyond the music realm.

According to The Real Deal, Future recently acquired a luxurious residence on Miami Beach’s exclusive Allison Island. The property was purchased from French insurance CEO Laurent Ouazana and his wife Pascale for a staggering $16.3 million, showcasing Future’s high-end taste.

The futuristic residences were built in 2020 and sit on a gated quarter-acre property. The seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom home spans nearly 8,000 square feet, boasting high ceilings, walls of glass, and seamless indoor-outdoor living spaces. It offers a truly elegant and contemporary living experience.

Features of the residence include an elevator, a rooftop terrace, a guesthouse, staff accommodations, and a three-car garage, providing ample space and luxury for Future’s lifestyle. The great room combines living and dining areas, while the kitchen features custom Ornare cabinetry, a lengthy eat-in island, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances.

The luxurious master suite on the second floor boasts a sitting area with a wet bar and wine refrigerator, an expansive balcony, dual walk-in closets, and a lavish bathroom with dual vanities, a massive glass-enclosed shower, and a freestanding soaking tub.

Outside, the resort-like grounds offer an infinity-edge pool and raised spa, complemented by an open-air pavilion equipped with a kitchen, perfect for entertaining. With a private port and 75 feet of water frontage, the property even accommodates luxury yacht mooring.

The deal was facilitated by Dina Goldentayer of Douglas Elliman, who held the listing, while Jordan Karp of Jordan Karp LLC represented Future as the client. With his growing real estate portfolio and continued success in the music industry, Future’s strategic ventures solidify his status as a multi-talented mogul on the rise.
