If staying updated on the Kardashians feels challenging, then keeping pace with their extensive real estate holdings is nearly unattainable. The youngest member of the Kardashian/Jenner clan, Kylie Jenner, has recently expanded her already impressive array of million-dollar mansions by acquiring a new residence.
While many individuals at the age of 19 still inhabit their childhood bedrooms or share flats in student accommodations, Jenner is in the process of selecting which of her four multi-million dollar homes to reside in.
Her latest acquisition is a 13,200-square-foot dwelling in Hidden Hills, California, which cost $16 million (equivalent to US$12 million). She also possesses two additional properties within the same vicinity that she purchased last year for $8 million and $6 million, respectively.
The newly acquired lavish abode reportedly boasts 8 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, a theater room, and a spa, along with a pool offering expansive views across Los Angeles.
Despite the house being constructed in 2015, it showcases Cape Cod architectural style, reminiscent of the famous American design from the 17th century. Throughout the house, you’ll find hardwood floors, marble countertops, and timeless finishes that contribute to an opulent and refined ambiance. The 1.4-acre garden presents four distinct patios to choose from.
If you’re curious about how a teenager managed to accumulate such an array of properties, it’s attributed to her lip kits and cosmetics line, which garnered an astonishing $25 million (US$18 million) in earnings during 2016. This accomplishment also led to her inclusion in Forbes’ 30 under 30 list.
Perhaps she’ll soon be adding real estate mogul to her already extensive list of achievements.
