Controversy Arises Over David and Victoria Beckham’s £12 мιIIιоnꜱ Home Garden Renovation Project

Since acquiring it in 2017, The Beckhams have made a lot of improvements to their Cornwall house.
The football player and the fashion designer already have a football field, an outdoor pool, and a sauna at their Grade II listed barn conversion, which is thought to be worth £12M, but they want to add more opulent amenities.

The Sun reports that they have their hearts set on a massive greenhouse that would have a view of a garden kitchen and a longer drive. According to reports, neighbors have objected to the proposals because of the suburban characteristics’ inappropriateness for the rural setting. Victoria and David’s agent has been approached by HELLO! for a response.
The Beckhams have been spending a lot of time in their garden and updating fans on their beehives, so if they wanted to grow their own fruit and veggies, a greenhouse would be a perfect addition to their property.

Locals have raised objections to the couple’s four-acre lake with an island, which was allowed in 2020 on the condition that they would not use motor boats, as a result of their repeated requests for planning clearance.
They reportedly installed an outdoor restroom facility close to their artificial lake in early 2023, saving visitors the trouble of making the trek back to their main residence.
The pair hired Chelsea Flower Show winner Marcus Barnett to design a two-tier “fairytale” garden at their two-acre estate after paying £6 мιIIιоnꜱ for their house in 2017.

Images in their planning application showed that Marcus had planned an exterior garden with a lake, two vegetable patches, a 60-foot croquet lawn, and an orchard with 23 trees.
The initial swimming pool idea was also rejected, as were suggestions for an outside seating space for entertaining. The family currently uses reclaimed water from the main house to fill a natural swimming pond.
The Beckham family also installed a deluxe safari tent worth over £50k on their property last summer for outdoor partying.

Their primary abode, which they share with their three youngest children, Romeo, Cruz, and Harper, is a £31M London mansion when they’re not spending time in their rural home. Brooklyn Beckham and his wife Nicola Peltz reside in the United States.
In addition to their two homes in the UK, David and Victoria also have a base in Miami, a $24M apartment inside the well-known One Hundred Museum structure. Its interior was created to resemble a seven-star hotel and includes amazing vistas, walk-in closets, and bathrooms with spa-like amenities.
