Singer and songwriter Charlie Puth has decided to relist his Hollywood Hills residence for $2.199M, just one month after acquiring a $9M mansion in Beverly Hills.
The Mediterranean-style home in Hollywood Hills spans 4,350 square feet and boasts five bedrooms and six bathrooms. Notable features include a stunning wall of glass that opens from the terrace into the airy living room, as well as a master suite with dual fireplaces, a sitting area, and a balcony. The house was meticulously crafted with imported marble and tiles from Italian cities like Verona, Tuscany, and Bologna. Every detail, from the windows and floors to the doors, cabinetry, and ironwork, was custom-made in Italy.
Charlie Puth, best known for Һit songs like “See You Again” and “We Don’t Talk Anymore,” originally purchased the property for $1.9 million in December 2015, as revealed by listing agent Mica Rabineau of Nourmand & Associates. According to Mr. Rabineau, Charlie acquired the home with the aspiration of pursuing his music career in Los Angeles.
While Mr. Puth, 26, was not available for immediate comment, Mr. Rabineau confirmed that the Grammy-nominated artist recently acquired a three-bedroom mansion in Beverly Hills for $8.995M from photographer and music video creative director Matthew Rolston.
Mr. Rabineau explained that Charlie Puth decided to sell his Hollywood Hills home after upgrading to his new Beverly Hills abode. However, public records show that the property was listed for sale just seven months after Charlie Puth’s initial purchаse, taken off the market in February, and now relisted.
The residence was initially listed for $2.199M, and its price was reduced to just under $2M by August 2016.
This three-story villa includes two kitchens, a guesthouse, and a converted upstairs office functioning as a music studio. The lower level houses a wine room, a steam room, a sauna, as well as a saltwater pool and spa.
“This home is an ideal setting for entertaining, offering a spacious and open layout that retains an intimate and inviting atmosphere,” noted Mr. Rabineau. “With its second kitchen that opens onto a private patio and pool, this villa truly excels as the perfect entertaining space.”
