Tristan Thompson shares moments of playing with his daughter in the villa near his ex-lover

According to The Sun, records reveal that Thompson has purchased a substantial estate located just a stone’s throw away from Khloe Kardashian’s newly completed mansion.

Situated on a 1.39-acre lot within the guard-gated community of Hidden Hills, this impressive property set the NBA player back a hefty sum of $12.5 million, with the assistance of a nearly $9 million mortgage.

The house itself, built in 2010, draws inspiration from East Coast traditional design. It was originally sold for $9 million to Howard Keyes, a prominent car dealership mogul who previously owned various luxury car stores in Van Nuys, California, including Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Toyota, Lexus, Hyundai, and Honda.

Keyes, now 80 years old, seemingly spent little time at the residence. From 2014 to 2017, the vacant house was listed for sale at prices ranging from $8.7 million to $10.7 million, yet failed to attract a buyer. However, Hidden Hills’ real estate values have surged in recent years, leading Thompson to seize the opportunity when the mansion was relisted this year for $13 million.

Upon arrival, visitors are greeted by a substantial motorcourt capable of accommodating more than 10 cars. The lavish home spans over 10,000 square feet and boasts six bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms.

A grand entrance awaits through three short flights of stone stairs, leading to a double-height foyer characterized by a striking checkerboard black-and-white stone floor, topped off with a magnificent crystal chandelier. The living room, connected to a formal dining room and a temperature-controlled wine closet, showcases a transition from black and white to rich brown hardwood flooring.

Heading upstairs, the master bedroom boasts two dedicated sitting areas and a private balcony that overlooks the lush grounds of the estate. The dual master baths, adorned with luxurious stone finishes, offer soaking tubs and connect to dual dressing rooms with bespoke touches.
