Rihanna’s previous residence in Los Angeles truly sparkles like a valuable gem in the real estate market.

The singer of “Love on the Brain,” who recently performed at the Sᴜper Bowl halftime show, bought the Beverly Hills property in 2011 for $5 mιllιon. She later sold it for $7.7 mιllιon in 2014, as reported by the New York Post.

Following her ownership, the house found its way into the hands of another celebrity couple, John Legend and Chrissy Teigen. They resided there for four years before selling it for $16.8 mιllιon in 2021. Initially listed for $23,950,000 in August 2020, the property changed owners.

After parting ways with the house, Teigen and Legend purchased another Beverly Hills property for $17,500,000 in September 2020.
Currently represented by Justin Paul Huchel of Carolwood Estates and Carl Gambino of Compass, the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom property is back on the market.
