Camila Cabello’s $4M Mediterranean-style LA home is as luxurious as rumored? – See inside!

Oh, wow! Camila Cabello is bidding farewell to her opulent Los Angeles residence.

The songstress behind “Havana” has put up her Mediterranean-style mansion, constructed in 1977, for sale at $3.95M, as confirmed by PEOPLE through Denise Rosner of Compass. This splendid property sits just above L.A.’s Sunset Strιp and boasts four bedrooms and four bathrooms spread across 3,570 square feet.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Cabello has owned the house for approximately two years, but TMZ reports that it was subjected to a break-in earlier this year while she and her boyfriend, Shawn Mendes, were at home.

The house is adorned with luxurious amenities, including a saltwater pool, a gourmet kitchen, and a recording studio. Throughout the property, you’ll find high-end upgrades, such as distressed hardwood floors and imported tile.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with stainless-steel appliances, a farmhouse sink, stone countertops, and a breakfast bar. This kitchen seamlessly connects with the outdoors through a retractable wall of glass and refurbished wood that leads to the backyard terrace.

The outdoor oasis features more than just the pool; it boasts multiple sunbathing spots, a brand-new barbecue area, a fire pit, and a decorative tiled fireplace.

The bedrooms are strategically placed on the two upper levels of the split-level home, with the primary suite offering a cozy fireplace and a walk-in closet.
Interestingly, the former Fifth Harmony member converted the fourth bedroom, situated on the main level, into a state-of-the-art recording studio and added a vocal booth in the garage.
