Russell Westbrook wants to list his $30M Los Angeles mansion on the market to move to a new place

Russell Westbrook, the NBA superstar who joined the Lakers less than a year ago, has put his impressive Los Angeles mansion on the market. Located in the prestigious Brentwood Park neighborhood, the 13,000-square-foot home is listed for just under $30 million, a significant increase from the $19.8 million Westbrook paid for it in 2018 when he was playing for the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Designed by the renowned Westside architecture firm Ken Ungar Architect, the house boasts a “modern traditional” style. Although there are limited photos available, the residence features a stunning open floorplan with high ceilings, hardwood floors, and custom finishes. It offers plenty of natural light with numerous French doors throughout. The front and backyard have spacious flat grassy lawns, perfect for recreational activities.

Inside, the mansion offers a kitchen with imported marble slabs, a family room with a wet bar and fireplace, and a lower level with a second family room, a larger wet bar, a walk-in wine storage room, a staff bedroom, a gym, and a state-of-the-art movie theater. The top floor houses the expansive primary suite, which includes a vaulted ceiling, dual marble bathrooms, dual boutique-style closets, and a private balcony overlooking the backyard. The outdoor area features a sparkling pool and a complete outdoor kitchen.

Situated on a half-acre corner lot on one of the premier streets in Brentwood Park, the property reflects the upscale nature of the neighborhood, where multimillion-dollar transfers have become increasingly common. The listing is held jointly by Bjorn Farrugia at Hilton & Hyland and Donnell Beverly Jr. at Berkshire Hathaway HSCP.

While Westbrook and his wife Nina Earl have not disclosed their future plans, it is unlikely they will leave Los Angeles or downsize, considering their Southern California roots and Westbrook’s substantial earnings, reportedly amounting to $79.2 million in the past year alone.
