Inside Hits rapper Travis Scott’s LA Mansion- A party-ready mammoth designed with health in mind!

Having previously split the cost with Kylie Jenner for a $13.5M Beverly Hills residence – a co-ownership arrangement that still stands – Travis Scott ventured into the real estate arena with a grand entrance.

In June 2020, the rapper known for his Astronomical performances made a substantial real estate statement, shelling out a noteworthy $23.5M in cash for a sprawling mansion situated in the upscale Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles.

If the price tag appears steep, consider that this brand-new residence had initially been marketed for a staggering $42M.

Envisioned by Southern California-based architectural firm de Loren & Associates, the property boasts a luxury yacht-inspired design, placing a strong emphasis on well-being.

When it initially Һit the market in 2019, the team of top-tier agents tasked with promoting the mansion emphasized its stature as “a genuine accomplishment in design, created to enable residents and guests to cultivate a healthy lifestyle and savor special moments,” explained Santiago Arana, Managing Partner at The Agency.

While the focus on well-being is palpable across the estate, it’s undeniable that Travis Scott’s residence is also an epicenter of vibrant entertainment.

Spanning three levels and 17,000 square feet, the house encompasses an impressive seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and three powder rooms.

An array of lavish amenities further enhances its allure, including a 610-bottle wine cellar, a state-of-the-art movie theater, an advanced gym, a 300 sq. ft. verdant wall, and a lower-level entertainment zone featuring a complete bar, pool table, and much more.

Adding artistic flair to the property, renowned Japanese artist Toshi Kawabata crafted three bespoke pieces, among them a distinctive curved walnut bar.

The marble elements adorning the residence were meticulously hand-selected and imported from Italy.

However, the meticulous attention to interior details should not overshadow the estate’s exterior marvels.

The outdoor expanse is equally impressive, highlighted by a 10,000-square-foot garden that boasts a 75-foot infinity edge pool commanding views of the surrounding hills.

Notably, the pool is equipped with an underwater sound system, permitting Scott to amplify music during his poolside gatherings.

For moments of relaxation, a Jacuzzi awaits, alongside a serene 400-square-foot Zen garden and a captivating water wall designed by Mario Romano.

Naturally, the outdoor space is replete with areas for entertaining and dining, undoubtedly hosting unforgettable soirées and events at Scott’s sprawling Los Angeles abode.

Parking accommodations are more than generous, with guests having the option of utilizing the enclosed three-car garage or the outdoor motor court, capable of accommodating over 15 vehicles.

Despite its already substantial proportions, the recording artist appears to have aspirations of expansion. Just a year after securing this sprawling mansion, Travis also procured the adjacent property.

Reported by real estate observers at Dirt.com, Scott paid $5.8 million for the neighboring property, which includes a single-story midcentury structure dating back to 1963. However, it’s likely that his interest primarily lay in the land itself, which, when combined, extends his property to approximately 1.3 contiguous acres.
