Million-Dollar Waves: Miami-Area Mansion Snagged by Hip-Hop Music Powerhouse.-Dollar Waves: Miami-Area Mansion Snagged by Hip-Hop Music Powerhouse

The president of Quality Control Music, a prominent hip-hop label, has invested $10.135M in the purchаse of an exquisite mansion located by the waterfront in the Miami area.

Pierre “P” Thomas, the president of the entertainment company based in Atlanta, has been identified as the buyer of an expansive 7,000-square-foot domicile situated in Aventura, Florida – a suburban area to the northwest of Miami. Initially listed towards the close of the previous year for $12.25M, the property’s price was subsequently lowered to its recent asking amount of $10.975M about one month later.

The residence boasts six bedrooms and five bathrooms, and it forms part of a secure gated community.

The house provides stunning water views and features an open floor plan, as well as French doors leading to the backyard. Notable interior components encompass an entrance hall with towering 40-foot ceilings, a living room incorporating a two-sided aquarium and a fireplace, and a formal dining room.

Further, the home includes a family room located opposite the aquarium, as evident in listing photographs.

Among its attractive attributes is a custom-designed kitchen with a gas range stove, in addition to Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. This culinary space also incorporates a breakfast nook and convenient outdoor access. Additional amenities comprise a game room and a home theater complete with a popcorn machine and a candy station.

Ascending to the upper level, the primary bedroom comprises a private sitting room, an expansive walk-in closet, a secluded terrace, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a soaking tub and a separate shower, as detailed in the property listing.

Outdoor amenities encompass a pool and spa, alongside a covered dining area. Moreover, the property offers a 50-foot boat slip within the confines of the island’s exclusive marina. Residents are also granted access to a variety of community facilities, including tennis courts, a private beach, a fitness center, and a restaurant.

Property records reveаl that the house was last sold for $3.9M in 2008. Regrettably, the sellers were unavailable for comment on this matter.

Together with Kevin “Coach K” Lee, Mr. Thomas co-founded Quality Control Music in 2013. This label represents notable artists such as Migos, City Girls, Lil Baby, and Layton Greene. Earlier this year, the company was acquired by HYBE America, under the leadership of CEO Scooter Braun, for a sum of $320M in a combination of stock and cash.
