Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber accepted a $45M offer for their Encinal Bluffs mansion.

Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber have agreed to sell their huge mansion in the exclusive Encinal Bluffs neighborhood of Malibu for $45 мιllιon.

Cindy, 52, and Rande, 56, wantеd $50 мιllιon for their private beachfront property, which is on three acres, has four bedrooms, six bathrooms, and is 5,254 square feet on the inside.

The house, which was built in 1944 and later renovated, has a media room, an in-ground pool, a villa, a tennis court, and a path that leads directly to the beach.

The inside of the house has a mix of glass and white walls with finished wood, which lets in a lot of natural light and shows off the beautiful views of the water.

The master bedroom has two bathrooms, a fireplace, and a large space for guests. One of the other rooms in the house has its own entrance and kitchen area.

In the main kitchen of the house, there is a breakfast bar, and the master bathroom has a soaking tub and a vanity table.

The outside of the house is surrounded by well-kept grass and trees.

Trulia says that Crawford and Gerber bought the house three years ago for a total of $50.5 мιllιon and put more money into fixing it up.

The beautiful couple, who are the parents of 18-year-old Presley Gerber and 16-year-old Kaia Gerber, have been buying and selling homes for the past year. Last fall, they paid $12 мιllιon for a Beverly Hills estate.

They were caught on camera Thursday at a party in Los Angeles for Rande’s close friend and Casamigos business partner George Clooney.
