A cathedral-like atmosphere pervades the main living area, which features a Venetian plaster spiral staircase topped by a glass dome. Pendant lights of modern design help to soften the transition from the upper to lower floors of the house.
The dining area, with its modern decor and oval table seating 12, is another highlight. In this kitchen, the large island serves double duty as both a breakfast bar and a place to prepare meals. There is a modern spiral staircase leading up to the third floor, and a balcony on the second floor that looks out over the entire first floor.
When you look up, you’ll see a breathtaking panorama. The antique wooden chest in Pharrell’s game room is a visual echo of the billiard table’s frame. The addition of a telescope is both whimsical and sculptural.
