The 35-year-old star has been calling The Century her home, a celebrity-endorsed skyscraper designed by Robert A.M. Stern, since 2014. Initially listed at $35M in 2019, the property had been snapped up by “Friends” star Matthew Perry in 2017 for $20M. Subsequently, it changed hands to Nick Molnar, a renowned entrepreneur, for $23M in 2021. Molnar later made the decision to list the penthouse for $28M in 2022.
