DJ Khaled Hooks is unhappy because he sold his mansion in Miami at a loss

DJ Khaled has successfully parted ways with his luxurious Miami property.

The 44-year-old DJ and music producer managed to unload his expansive Florida mansion for just under $6 million, as reported by the New York Post.

This lavish estate had been on the market for more than a year before finding a buyer, and Khaled, whose real nаme is Khaled Mohamed Khaled, originally had hopes of fetching around $8M for the property.
The Mediterranean-style residence, boasting five bedrooms and six bathrooms, is adorned with extravagant 14-karat gold chandeliers embellished with Swarovski crystals. It also features a state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a veranda offering unparalleled waterfront vistas.

DJ Khaled, a father of two, initially listed this property in December 2018, setting an asking price of $7.99M.

Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, this artist and music mogul had purchased the waterfront home on a private island for $3.84 million back in 2015. In the intervening years, he invested over $2. in renovations, yet ultimately had to accept a sale that came with a $2M shortfall compared to his initial asking price.

The four-story mansion even includes a specially designed room where Khaled housed his renowned sneaker collection, and it also features the Jacuzzi where he conducted his famous Hоt Tub pep talks on Snapchat.

Furthermore, the property boasts a tropical-inspired pool and spa that overlooks Miami Bay.
