Big Sean is prepared to sell his house now that the wallpaper depicting fake alligators and chandeliers like pirate ships have been removed.
After purchasing a Beverly Hills estate from rock icon Slash four years ago, the rapper recently put the property up for sale with an asking price of $12.5M. The residence was completely redecorated by the rapper.
That is a hike of $3.8M from what he paid for the property in 2017, although the increased price tag reflects a significant refurbishment that was handled by the hip-hop singer.
Throughout the three-story floor plan, the chaotic interiors and multicolored rooms that were formerly there have been replaced with simple, clean, whitewashed living areas.
The mansion is just under 11,000 square feet in size and maintains the Mediterranean aesthetic with the use of clay tile, wrought-iron details, and white stucco on the outside.
Inside, a foyer with two stories leads to formal living and dining rooms, as well as a kitchen with two islands and a family room with a wet bar. Additionally, there is a double-sided fireplace in the formal living room.
