Emma Stone’s villa with excellent view that everyone wants to have in Malibu

Life is good, especially if you can afford Emma Stone’s mansion in Malibu. The Wall Street Journal stated that Stone, an Oscar-winning actress best known for her parts in “Superbad,” “The Help,” and “La La Land,” the latter of which earned her the award, is asking $4.29 мιℓℓιо𝚗 for her blufftop property in that coastal city popular with celebrities.

The Journal reported that the 33-year-old native of Arizona bought the one-story ranch house with a view of the Pacific Ocean for $3.25 мιℓℓιо𝚗 in 2018. The 1,800 square foot, three-bedroom home is situated on 3.2 acres. The eat-in kitchen, which Stone just refurbished, features painted brick, a skylight above the sink, and glossy cabinetry. The majority of the rooms have ocean views.

The Pacific Ocean’s azure waves can be seen from the majority of the home’s rooms. As can be seen in this picture of the bedroom, the midcentury mansion is flooded with light. In this bathroom, a huge soaking tub is placed adjacent to a rain shower. The house is perched on a blufftop with an ocean view.

A lovely living room with a wall of floor to ceiling windows, beamed ceilings, and a fireplace is depicted in other listing photographs of the stylish midcentury crib. Meanwhile, a rain shower is located immediately next to a deep soaking tub in a bathroom with modern tiling on the walls.

The villa is surrounded by eucalyptus and yucca trees outside, and there is a brick patio with views of the ocean. It’s unclear why Stone wants to sell, although the Journal noted that she also has residences in Los Angeles, New York City, and Austin, Texas.
