Enter Ariana Grande’s elegant home with her spouse and unique personality.
Ariana Grande, metaphorically speaking, is dealing with “one less problem” or, at the absolute least, one less high-maintenance house. Records show that the singer-songwriter, who was born in Florida, got $9.1 million for her posh Montecito home—a big rise over the $6.8 million she paid Ellen DeGeneres for it just two years before. Siteline Santa Barbara was the first to report on the off-market transaction.
The expensive buyer is Michael Kives, a member of Hollywood’s elite for a long time despite his lack of fаme. Furthermore, he founded K5 Global, a venture capital company that describes itself as a “consulting and advisory firm for media and financial services.” Along with their new Montecito home, Kives and his wife Lydia also own a $12 million property in Beverly Hills.
The house is flanked by imposing gates and towering hedges on a 1.3-acre lot. This Narnia-esque home’s interior amenities include two separate kitchens, each with designer appliances, two indoor eating areas, two complete baths, and two powder rooms. The flooring are a mix of concrete, stone, and brick, while the ceilings are all vaulted. There are at least five fireplaces on the site, as well as a separate washing facility.
A lot of milky white, deep gray, and other earth tones are used in DeGeneres’ signature design, which was used to renovate the interiors. The house’s two living rooms are visible from the lofted master bedroom, and the octagonal library features vintage casement windows. The lack of a swimming pool for a $9.1 million home in Southern California is a little strange, but the gorgeous grounds more than make up for it, and the Pacific Ocean is only a short drive away.
Grande still has two opulent homes in the Hollywood Hills, one of which she bought from Cameron Diaz earlier this year for $9 million. The home is located in the Bird Streets community. Grande has not yet disclosed any information regarding her intentions to purchаse a second property in Montecito. Additionally, she had owned a home designed by Paul McClean, which was sold for $14 million last year to movie producer Larry Sanitsky and talent agency Nancy Josephson.
