Derek Fisher had a very significant day on Tuesday. The Lakers veteran finished the sale of his home in Tarzana just hours after being elected the new general manager of the Los Angeles Sparks. He received $2.31M for the sale of his estate, which was designed in the Mediterranean style.
According to the Multiple Listing Service, Fisher and his business partner Gloria Govan were asking $2.35M for the San Fernando Valley farm when they listed it for sale the previous month.
During the point guard’s stay, the extension had some upgrades, including the addition of designer fixtures and a kitchen with an open layout and a center island.
The two-story entry is dominated by a winding staircase made of wrought iron, and it leads into a floor plan that is replete with arched doors and wide-plank wood floors.
