According to marketing materials provided by Compass agent Nancy Ellin, who is both the seller and the listed agent for the property, the home has more than 10,000 square feet of space and was custom-designed to meet the requirements of Mr. Johnson, a legendary point guard for the Los Angeles Lakers and an activist.

According to the listing for the property, there are still the signatures of “many notable NBA players” affixed to the walls of the home’s locker room, which is also equipped with a big indoor basketball court.
