Lisa’s Calabasas house, where she resided for a short time before passing earlier this year, is presently in escrow, according to celeb realtors Robb and Nikki Friedman, which is somewhat unusual since they listed the property on Friday.

As for the price, the Friedmans claim they got top cash for the property, which was priced at $4,679,000.

As previously stated, Lisa had been renting the property since 2020, with plansbefore passing away.

The Friedmans undertook some improvements, and it appears that their efforts and investment paid off.
