Tom Felton has been in love with a small house for less than $1.5 million for 10 years despite the high movie salary

Even after years have passed since his performances in the Harry Potter franchise, his popularity is on the rise.

And after listing his house in Nichols Canyon for a cool $1.449M, 28-year-old Tom Felton appears to be well on his way to making a healthy profit from the sale of his home there.

The actor, well known for his role as the evil Draco Malfoy in all eight Harry Potter films, paid a starting price of $1.275M for the two-bedroom cottage in 2014. He made this own in 2014.

The picturesque home in Hollywood was constructed in 1923 and has a total area of 1,732 square feet. In the back yard, there is a beautiful swimming pool that is overlooked by a residential outbuilding.

The bathroom is decorated with a heavy use of marble and features a wide mirror, porthole windows, and plenty of space for towel storage.

In the sitting area, which has been tastefully designed, there is a giant plasma screen that is hung above the fireplace, as well as an acoustic guitar that is placed close to the sofa.

The enormous oak desk in the study serves as the room’s center point, while the shelves that line the walls provide plenty of storage space for books.

On the exterior, the garden has been meticulously manicured and is enclosed by a tall fence for added safety.

A United Kingdom is based on the true story of Prince Seretse Khama of Botswana, who stirred much controversy in the 1940s when he married a white woman named Ruth Williams Khama. However, it appears that his most significant role will be in A United Kingdom.

Alongside David Oyelowo, who portrays the Prince, and Rosamund Pike, who plays Ruth, Tom plays a character named Rufus Lancaster in the movie.
