If you have the money, living in Emma Stone’s mansion in Malibu is the perfect way to spend your days on the beach.
The Wall Street Journal said that Stone, an Academy Award-winning actress renowned for her parts in “Superbad,” “The Help,” and “La La Land,” the latter of which won her Oscar win, is listing her blufftop property in that celeb-approved coastal city for $4.29M.
Stone is recognized for her roles in “Superbad,” “The Help,” and “La La Land,” the latter of which secured her Oscar win.
According to the Journal, the Arizona native, who is currently 33 years old, paid $3.25M for the ranch home in 2018 that has one storey and looks out over the Pacific Ocean.
The home has around 1,800 square feet of living space and is spread out across 3.2 acres. Stone recently rebuilt the eat-in kitchen, which features painted brick, a skylight above the sink, and glossy cabinetry.
Most of the rooms in the house have views of the ocean, and Stone also added a skylight.
Other photographs from the listing of the trendy midcentury home show a warm and inviting living space with a wall of windows that reach from floor to ceiling, vaulted ceilings, and a fireplace.
In the meantime, a bathroom with modern tiling along the walls features a rain shower and a big soaking tub in close proximity to one another.
Stone’s motivation for wanting to sell her home in Austin, Texas, is not quite known; but, according to the Journal, she also owns properties in New York City, Los Angeles, and Austin, Texas.
