NBA legend Scottie Pippen lost capital when he sold the home with the list price for $ 1,899M

The price of the Chicago-area mansion owned by NBA legend Scottie Pippen has been reduced after being listed for sale for over three years.

According to the Los Angeles Times, the house has been reduced in price from Pippen’s initial $3.1M asking price to $1.899M, which is even less than the $2.225M he and his ex-wife Larsa Pippen bought for it in 2004.

The enormous 10,000 square foot mansion is situated on 2.6 acres in Highland Park, a lakefront Chicago suburb, and features a lot of outstanding facilities.

The house, which was built in 2003, has six bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, and a ton of amenities like a brick wine cellar, a game room, a sauna, and, most significantly, an indoor basketball court that was specially designed and has a picture of Scottie Pippen’s Chicago Bulls jersey inscribed on the floor.

(Pippen was a member of the squad from 1987 to 1998; they won six championship titles during that time.) Crystal chandeliers, rich rugs, and high tray ceilings give the interior of the house a sumptuous appearance despite its antiquated design.
