Floyd Mayweathe spent $18M to buy the 3rd villa after many years of hard work

Floyd Mayweather currently owns real estate in Miami Beach, in addition to his other residences in Beverly Hills and Las Vegas. The unbeaten boxer shelled over $18M to own a riverfront mansion on Palm Island, which is a man-made island located in Biscayne Bay.

He purchased this property after selling his former residence in Miami Beach, which was a contemporary home in the La Gorce neighborhood that resembled a box.

The three-story home with approximately 11,000 square feet of living space features a rooftop deck that is 5,000 square feet in size and offers views of the water and the city skyline. The decks on the upper two levels front a patio that has a pool, a jacuzzi, and a boat dock that is one hundred feet long.

The luxurious mansion features a movie theater, a fitness center, a game room, and nine bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms. The owner’s suite, which features hardwood floors and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, can be reached by both a grand staircase and an elevator.

On a third of an acre, the property that is ten years old includes four garages and a driveway that can fit six cars.

Floyd “Money” Mayweather, one of the wealthiest athletes in the world, is undefeated (50-0) in boxing and has victories over Manny Pacquiao, Oscar De La Hoya, and Conor McGregor that were broadcast on pay-per-view.

His mansion in Beverly Hills is considerably more spacious. In 2017, he purchased a half-acre estate for $25.5M, which included a villa that was 15,000 square feet, a guesthouse, and a theater that seated 20 people.

Dina Goldentayer and Ana Viyella were both agents that Douglas Elliman listed. According to The Real Deal, Mayweather was represented in real estate transactions by Tanasha Pettigrew of Galleria International Realty.
