Tick exchange investor Rafał Zaorski purchased a 480 sq m apartment in Złota 44 skyscraper.
The company said it’s the most expensive apartment in Daniel Libeskind’s famous building.
This was the last available apartment in the Złota 44 skyscraper from the developer. The company calls it “the most expensive single-story apartment sold in Poland.” Rafał Zaorski, a young speculator investor, purchased it.
He made PLN 44 in a month betting on cryptocurrency decline. The Złota 44 apartment cost him PLN 22.9 . This is the largest one-floor skyscraper apartment.
The space is 480 square meters. As the tenant, Rafał Zaorski has access to the building’s common areas, such as a terrace with a jacuzzi, a swimming pool, a golf simulator, and conference rooms.
According to Złota 44, the buyer could also buy wine cellar space.
